From last six to eight months my BSNL Lanline not working.either noise line or phone dead problem. My telphone landline number is 27951595.
Below is i have raised complaint number are,
15353288402, 15328510862, 15328510862, 15216009202, 15038693362, 14947953942.
They are sending bill every months not intersted solve this long pending problem. I have registered my cell number to BSNL, mY CELL Number is 9949621563.
I have stored SMS Recieved from BSNL Which is telling problem has been solved.i have even called BSNL Officer to solve this but nothing happen.
Please help me and forward to respective BSNL Officer and adjust my non used bill amount.
If nothing happens i will surrender phone.
