BSNL
Applied for new connection but not yet received

I, Shri Ramdas Mahure, have applied for new BSNL landline connection on dated-20 july. I have submitted the appication to BSNL exchange Office, Khamla, Nagpur and i have received a copy. BSNl personnel told me that i will receive connection between 15-20 days. Now 4 months gone but still now we haven't got connection of BSNL landline.
