Land Line not working properly

My landline no. 04326-250502 was not working properly for some months.. We complaint to all officers in our circle but no use.. After the complaints a few days landline works properly then not in use after some 2 or 3 days landline not works.. this continues for some years... All the connections in my native like the same.. The next step is we are going for the consumer court...
