Not working properly

as i knew that i am a customer of YOUR service provider (bharat sanchar nigam limited{{{{BSNL}}}}})

i dont know what the problem in your sim

its stoping any time

and most important thing is that OUTGOING CALLS AS WELL AS MESSAGE NOT SENDING...
