Suscribe a scheme by company automatically an Rs-40 is deducted from my account balence

Dear sir/mam

i was recharged my mobile BSNL prepaid no-8004305948 taday (24 dec) and after 45 min a service named MIMOBTV is automatically suscribed by company automatically without my recommandation and make deduct my account bal with Rs-40 it is not first time i have faced this type of problems others of my bsnl numbers also.

plz refund my money.
