I have once subscribed to the shayari services in bsnl postpaid card..9426518366, It was a year back. After a month i unsubscribed the same however every month i receive the message of having deducted the charges for shayari. I resend the unsubscription request every month but still i get the message that the shayari services charges have been deducted and to make matters worse, they dont sent any shayaris at all. kindly help
