Landline Connection

I submitted application for new land line at D1/7 Little Heart Talegaon in November. No acknoledgement was given saying that it was not necessary, which I accepted in good faith. I am visiting the BSNL Talegaon office to followo up every week and meet the concerned officer. He is not replying nor any formal communication from BSNL..

It is already 2 months. BSNL must respond saying yes or no so that I can approach other service providers.i give preference to Govt Companies but if they do not care?
