The faulty Telephone instrument, which was replaced by BSNL is also not working. This complaint was registered in BSNL months before vide ref No: krl/co/524. Till date, there is no response from BSNL to rectify the instrument. We are at lose, paying the rent for the BSNL Telephone connection, which is of no use to us.
