Poor connection

Requested sir,

I am the Holder of Telephone Connection No.08411247599. I am facing lot of Problem with my Phone since more

than ONE Month. No body is there to go round your Offices in Hyderabad. Regarding

Rectification of my Telephone fault, though we made several Complaints, no body has bothered to attend the

Complaint for more than 20 Days. Even after rectification also my phone is getting disturbance. But it was not

rectified even after several Complaints. I have paid the sum of Rs500/- for owning a caller ID phone and i have its bill too... but after taking the phone it

has worked for only 4 days then again i made a contact but the crap response was that "WHAT CAN WE DO", FROM CUSTOMER CARE

OFFICERS OF BSNL OFFICE TANDUR MANDAL.It is our second connection. First connection was also not good so only changed for second

connection... but the strange thing is that we didn't got the paid money of first connection even after giving the old phone back... SO I

ENTREAT U TO DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSILBE..
