Landline not working

The landline telephone connection No. 04682 259951 is not working for the last 6-7 months. Complaints made to the authorities so many time but they are not giving proper service. Despite making payments to the regular bills, the authorities concerned are least bothered to get the repair done to our satisfaction. Highly irresponsible way of dealing by the concerned officials.

Please help me to get the connection restored at the earliest.
