NEW LANDLINE CONNECTION NOT PROVIDED

Respect Sir,

Ihave applied for New Landline & Broadband Connection on 5th of January. At the time of submitting the application form alongwith Rs1650, I enqired for the possibility of getting an early connection. At that time the BSNL authorities assured me that within one week you get the connection.

Sir, .I visited BSNL, Vijay Nagar office several times and contacted the authorities personally and telephonically but I get only the assurance that within two -three days work will be done. Nearly two months have gone but no progress haS been made till date.

My new No provided at the time of booking is 0761-2640595.

I humbally request you to look into the matter and do the needfull at your earlieast please.
