Withdrawl of outgoing call facility before the Due date of payment of bill & Wrong bill amount on website

Dear Sir

I have a landline connection # 2403533. The due date for payment of bill is 02 March but my outgoing call facility was withdrawn on 26 February for non payment of bill. Along with this the bill amount which is being seen on the BSNL website for the same is Rs 1029 where as in the paper bill the amount is Rs.409.

When I complained the matter on BSNL call center (1500) the executive Mr. Mohit could not tell me the exact cause for both discrepancies. When I wanted to lodged a complain for a fault in the bill on website and for withdrawl of out going facility, he said that only one complain can be lodged. The complain lodged is: Complain no.1007261006.
