1. With the due respect I state that my subject telephone is lying dead since two days. Problem started last week when telephone was serviceable but Broad Band connection was out of order. Presently Broad Band connection is serviceable but telephone is dead (No outgoing/incoming). I have launched complain with BSNL NO -1504 AND 198 and also written to SDE (PRO) Kharagpur on 05 Mar12 (Copy Attached) but no fruitful result came. Details of my telephone connection are as appended below for your quick reference.
