I have been using BSNL for last 20 years but since last two months BSNL is levying an additional charge of RS 150 for this BSNL hungama music on demand service without my approval nor consent. My telephone number is 040-23316965. I would request BSNL to reverse these charges and to immediately remove this service or else I will be forced to move the consumer court for this purpose.
