I am a doctor and my phone was repeatedly not working for last 5 months. We had severe problem giving appointments to patients as there would be message that this phone does not exist. After complaining it used to function for an hour or so and again become dead. I got amessage before afew days that you have not paid the bill so your phone will be dissconnected. Yesterday I went to complain but they said that it is because your bill is not paid and made me pay the bill first and then took the complain. I had to literally go and tell them that the phone is not working and they could see how many incoming and outgoing calls have been registered. I also told them that I will complain to a higher authority. Immediately someone came and the phone immediately started functioning but the net is still not working.
