Deduction of balance

Hi sir i am bsnl customer of past 5 years i didnt face any problem but from last 2months i am facing that balance deduction as 5ps like that i lost around 150rs balance i called customer care and asked about the problem they said to deactivate gprs pack then u don't face any problem and said the process of sending sms.

i done the process and i got the reply as invalid request to activate pl z send...

like this so my gprs pack is not activated i lost hope in bsnl they wont solve my problem.

in last i tried to mnp i send sms also i didn't get any reply from bsnl again i called bsnl and said problem they said plz try again sir u will get code like that but i tried around 10 times for that.

i need solution for this whether stopping that balance deduction or i need mnp to go for other network i cant pay amount free to the network provider so pl z give me solution my number is 9492555556
