Non provision of broad band connection

Dear sir

i have applied for a new broad band connection on my landline no 01360272044. i have received my modem but still the connection has not been estabilished . on contacting the sdo, i was told that the port has to repaired by concerned persons from dehradun but still the i have not got any fruitful reply. it has been almost a month since i have applied for a connection.
