Have recharged rs 500 on april 1 st 12 32 am through pay tm, paytm have said recharge is successful but i didnt recieve the recharge from bsnl, the reference number for the recharge of 500 (spl rc) is 564449053 to the number is 9475554231 and i have called nearly 60 times to bsnl customer care they always saying some technical problem, call late
