Automatically subscribed to Sheroshayari service and deducted Rs30

I am Ranjan Kumar Sahu mob No. 9431180096 from Jamsedpur want to log the following complaint against BSNL.

On 04th April I got a message on my mobile no 9431180096 from BSNL that "Your sheroshayari service has been renewed" and an amount of Rs 30 was deducted from my balance. Immediately I logged a complain to BSNL customer care regarding this matter with complain No. "D04JH1171268" and informed that this service was not activated by me and kindly refund the amount. After verification by BSNL it has been informed to me that the service has been stopped but the deducted amount will not be refund as the service was activated by myself and there is no fault from the system.

But I want to inform you that this is not true as I have not subscribed to any service and is definitely a system problem because according to BSNL data record, this service is activated on 4the April the same day when I got message of service renewal and not service activation. Also if this service was renewed on 4the April then it should have been activated one monthe ago i.e on 4th March which is not the case. Hence I request you to kindly take necessary action for this type of mishappenings and also take the pain to refund my money Rs. 30 only that has been deduced from my account balance.
