BSNL
ACTION PENDING FOR DEAD LAND PHONE

My land line phone no is 033-2491-1849. The phone is dead around for 3-4 months. I made a complain with docket no- 11286816819 dtd. 22.02.2012.

Till date no action has been taken by BSNL authority even after repeated persuasion over phone and physically at Bidhangarh tele ph-exchange, kol-66. and head office too.

My humble request to take the corrective measure at earliest because my mother ailment & staying alone in the house & fully dependent on land phone.

Not only these, on regular basis my land line ph goes dead if you go through the track record of BSNL particularly for the ex-change as mentioned above.
