I have two BSNL prepaid mobile no. and one is 9401722258 and there is available balance in the account Rs. 95/- but validity is expired on 14/04. i can recharge for Rs. 21/- for 90 days validity but when i recharge they can block my no. and view 0 balance in my account and another mobile no. is 9401128116 and there is available balance Rs. 235/- but bsnl automatically add dilar tune in this no. and cut money for this service and there is also validity expired on 17th april when i recharge for Rs. 21/- for 90 days validity they can extended my validity for three month but view 0 balance against my mobile no. when i call customer care of BSNL for about that they can reply that BSNL cut all available balance after 1 day expiry of validity and they are unable to return the amount in my account.
