With respect due that, I am a customer of your BSNL, Gurgaon branch, Patel Nagar, H.N-1059/5 having Telephone Number 2301305 with your broad band plan 625.
Since near about 1 month, phone line has been disconnected & we are unable to work through
this internet facility. Nobody is taking responsibility for working it properly.
We have already complained so many times, but the result is zero. We have to pay the BSNL rental charges only.
So, I request you to kindly necessary action to the concern person & should be working properly for which we can get the net facility soon.
