I live in Australia, My mother lives in Kerala, the landline telephone is the only source of communication with my mother. She is not well and in and out of the hospital.(Phone No 04752385193) We have been compaining many times about this telephone, but no one has any ear to hear this problem. So please consider this as an urgent request and please respond as early as possible.
