Telephone Dead

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring a kind notice that my Telephone 0487 2 292 179 under Engandiyour Exchange is not working properly for last one month. if we raise a complaint the technician come and fix the problem and after two days same will repeat.

Please note that I am working abroad and my mother (age 75) and a handicapped age 45 are staying in our house.

please do needful to fix the problem properly.
