I am Sandeep. R from Ranchi. I am BSNL 3G Customer. Initially I used to get speeds of 2Mbps with my connection. Once I accidently recharged with 2G data pack. Since then my data speed is reduced to 80kbps. Now that the validity of the data pack is over and I have recharged with a 3G Data pack still my speed is capped at 80-100kbps.
I wanted to complaint at the Customer Care but when I dial their number i.e. 9400024365 the response i get is "CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED AT THE MOMENT". I also tried to login the complain online but in vain.
My Mobile No. is 8987597359 (Jharkhand Circle, Ranchi).
Kindly look into the matter. As I am getting 2G speed at the cost of 3G.
BSNL is so irresponsible towards the customers. This should change.
