I Anil kr. Ojha recharge Rs.100/-in my mobile no.8986722111 on 9 June at 1820 hrs and recd. Massage by Oxygen “ Rs.100/- received for top of 8986722111 Transaction Success full (o) TID 020179445602” AND recharge Rs.100/-in my mobile no.9431585865 on 9 June at 1833 hrs and recd. Massage by Oxygen “ Rs.100/- received for top of 9431585865 Transaction Success full OXI Trans ID 00479960330906201218 I (o) TID 030171923741”

BUT No top up recharged in my both mobile no.8986722111 and 9431585865

Then I inform BSNL customer care they provide me to your TOLL FREE NO.18601802214. Then I contact with your service. FIRST your customer care REPLY “my mobile already recharged “Then I reply NO MY MOBILE NOT RECHARGED. THEN your customer care REPLY “YOUR MONEY RETURN TO MY BANK ACCT.STATE BANK OF INDIA.”

BUT SIR NIGHTER MY MOBILE RECHARGED NOR RETURN MY MONEY.
