i am a regular consumer of bsnl land line having no-03662 233969, its not working properly till last 20 days,

in this regard i am giving lots of time visiting bsnl complain dept. but they not given full attention on my query, and also i informed you that coming

28 june a wedding occasion held so you hope how much we face the communication problem.
