Although I made a regular complain thru international call regarding Net problem on 0532-2417655, no one is bother about customer's problem. Is there any sincerely accountable GM/DGM/SDO/Engineer/JTO/Supervior in Allahabad Kydeganj exchange can listen the problem & sort-out effectively???
More than 4 months my family in India is facing the problem and difficult to contact the telephone deptt.
Hope I will find some one working officer, who can listen me.
