My previo Tel 2398 2364 was surrendered handed over to BSNL in June.
My present residential Tel No is 2700 5482 (WLL) but presenly it is locked by BSNL and as a result we cannot make call from this newly installed telephone.
In spite of above, BSNL has sent one bill for Rs.199/- against Tel No. 2398 2364 which is already disconnected and handed over to BSNL Behala Tel Exchange.
Please note I have not received any bill against Tel. 2700 5482 (WLL) for the month of August
