Respected sir

I am a old customer of bsnl Calcutta telephone, my phone 033-25733711 which comes under bidhannagar Calcutta telephone exchange is out of order since 1/5 I had all ready complaint for the same but till today my phone not becomes serviceable. The complaint docket no is 11393047376 dated 1/5. Sir this is very unfortunate as a national telecom service provider which give such type of services. I had several time try to contact the public grievance officer but the phone not have been received any time.

Sir my request is please take necessary action in this regard for improve the bsnl service.
