I am a subscriber of BSNL landline and broadband service. My telephone
number is 033 25714609.
My broadband connection has started from 30.09.2010 in 299.00 schemes.
My modem was in free service. I have applied for new modem (rental
basis) on 27.02.2012. But the telephone bill I had excess bill amount
for the Bill period from 01/02 to 29/02. My Bill amount is
always around Rs 340.00. My last bill amount was 660.00 for the Bill
period from 01/01 to 31/01. I can’t pay the excess bill
amount. Now kindly take action to send rectified the bill immediately.

I have already informed to all the BSNL authorities about my Telephone
set problem (It is totally out of service) and broadband problem from
last 5-6 months (Error No 678). I am facing Broadband problem
regularly. I came to Dumdum & Kestopur Exchange on 27th Feb for
complaints booking. Docket No: 11294747367 after that I have applied
for reconstruction every week but till the problem not solved. Now a
huge amount bill comes to me. I am seriously very much frustrated and
unsatisfied form BSNL service.
Kindly take an action for false excess billing and smooth broadband service.

Respected Sir,
I have already mailed you for the telephone and Broadband problem & Excess billing of Broadband on 27th March but it’s not solved till now.
I have complaint against the Excess Billing on 31st March on AOTR of & DE (External) Dumdum Telephone Exchange physically.
The AOTR confirmed me that bill be rectified. He check my data and details and cutoff the fess to 3201.00 to 880.00/- .
Yesterday I have got a bill amount of Rs. 3976.00.
I am not understood what is going on, I have applied for rectification of bill amount, and they have gave me receipt of application. Broadband is out of service from 6 months. I have totally fed up about landline and broadband. Are they serious and sincere about their work?
I can’t pay the excess bill amount. Now kindly take action to send rectified the bill immediately.
You can check all my data record from last 6 months.
Otherwise please cutoff my BSNL Landline & broadband line immediately. I cannot pay excess and unused bill.
