I have a BSNL mobile connection (No. 919433135165). A very useless and worse service of BSNL named HAMSAKAL SERVICE has somehow been activated in my number. I have sent the deactivation sms for several times. But all are in vein. the service has not been deactivated and I am bearing the expense for this service very unwillingly. I have repeatedly called the BSNL customer care. But they are not taking any step to stop the service. I am just fade up with such a carelessness. Please do the needful and let me get rid of this stupid HAMSAKAL service.
