Sir/Madam,

I have a BSNL postpaid SIM (9469108140), and i want to switch to another mobile service. However, BSNL - Srinagar does not allow to do so. Hundreds of BSNL users like myself, are unable to call or message on 1900 from the BSNL phones. Customer Care centre executives always assure that the service will resume within 24 hrs, but nothing happens. Kindly intervene into the matter.
