I am a customer of BSNL bearing mobile number 9441769657, recently I got missed calls from 9609 series (which is of vodafone west bengal), when I called back that number by assuming that some of my friend may called, when the call is connected I listened to some pre-recorded voice which is even not able to understand so I disconnected the call, but the charges for the call are 24 rupees in the last week and (for 5 seconds) 12 rupees today (20th july), how that much will be charged even though it is a local number. the mobile numbers I got the missed call are 9609895021, 9609895024.
When I mailed to know about the bearer of that number the vodafone people are saying that they are not supposed to share the customers details as it is confidential unless you come up along with a police complain.
I can't expect my balance?
