Payments have been made but yet to be recharged

Sir,

I am J. Lakshmi Narayanan, I have paid an amount of Rs.55/- on 5th March through Karnataka bank internet banking for recharging my BSNL mobile phone bearing No.9487759329 and I have made another attempt and paid an amount of Rs.55/- on 6th March thro' the same bank to the same number and my account has been debited with Rs.110- but alas they have not yet recharged my phone. Sir, would you kindly look into the matter and make necessary arrangements to settle the issue viz. either recharge the phone for Rs.110/- or the refund the amount to my account.
