CANNOT RECHARGE MY BSNL MOBILE NUMBER AS ACCOUNT IS TEMPORARILY BLOCKED

Dear sir,

I would like to state that I am unable to recharge my BSNL mobile number 9434335154 as the account is temporarily blocked (when I'm calling 123 it is being told).

I could not recharge my BSNL number since October due to unavoidable circumstances.

I went to local Bankura BSNL office a month ago where they took a note of my complaint but did nothing.

Then I submitted a complaint online in BSNL complaint portal (Docket number- E03WB31473466). It is showing as "nodal closed" and complaint "resolved" BUT STILL I CANNOT RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT AND dialing 123 is producing the same words i.e. "Your account is temporarily blocked".

I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so that I can continue using BSNL mobile,
