My name is Sanjay Belorkar. I am having Cell number 9422147968 . My all bills are paid but still my outgoing facility is blocked from 5 days.

I have dialed various Customer Care contact number 7122551581, 917122543287 and 18001801503 but no positive reply.

BSNL is worst in providing customer care.
