BSNL cell one postpaid
Outgoing calls are barred

I have a BSNL postpaid cell one connection. From today morning my outgoing calls are barred, i don't know the reason, because I have already paid my mobile bill. My a/c no is 201648924 and invoice no is 690567722 which was paid before due date. Please restore my services. My state is Andhra Pradesh, and city Hyderabad, but connection was taken from Visakhapatnam
