BSNL CellOne Prepaid
Non charging of SIM

I have purchased BSNL SIM, after submitting ID and address proof, SIM no.9449550414 from Bangalore on 2/2. It is not charged so far. i have send a registered letter to Chief General Manager BSNl. No response so far.

Please advice to whom i have to contact to get it charged.
