I have bsnl cellone prepaid connection. number:9429997743.
On 28th may. my balance Rs 17 deducted without any
reason. I have registered my complain to customer care they
said that they will refund my balance. But still i did not get the
refund. My Docket No. IE2813731

but i did not get any reply.
