I have recharged online voucher of Rs.550/- to my mobile no. 9423923287 on 4.4.2011 by using BSNL portal. The transaction No.: TXT 0404201101190 & receipt no. is 88889729830. Rs.550/- has been debited through my bank account immediately. But I did not get the relevant top up in my mobile account.

Complaint lodged in BSNL care on 5/4 with docket no. 4909865. Although it has been promised to me that it will get solved within 24 hours, matter is still unresolved. Customer care now is unable to give me deadline to solve the problem.
