My cellone connection number is 9440792784. I am having this Cell one - postpaid connection from the date of introduction. I pay regularly the monthly charges for past so many years. This month due to some problem I have delayed payment. The BSNL is very promt in disconneting the Network on 23-04. No complaint on this
But I paid the amount on the very next day of Network disconnection - i-c on 24-04. But so far no network connection is given and my Cell one is dead. I have tried 1500 and there is no response. The national helpline 94000 24365 is also of no use since I could not get any guidance on mobile (cellone) disconnection.
When BSNL is prompt in disconnecting NETWORK for non payment of bill amount, Can I not expect the same promptness in reconnecting after making payment.
Will you provide a simple complaint number for this type of problems for mobiles.
Will the concerned authority look into this and activate my mobile / reconnect network to my mobile.
