BSNL cellone service
The Missed calls are not ringing instead a delayed SMS is sent to the subscriber

The BSNL CellOne service is very bad these days..

1) There is always call ended dropped message when you try to call anybody in the morning time and in the evening time..

2) And also the missed calls are converted directly without ringing into a delayed SMS..

Please help solve and stop this asap..
