I gave a request for reconnection of my land line which was given for safe custody for 4 months while I was away from India. Even after 10 days no action has been taken to give my phone connection in spite of several phone reminders. I am not able to use my phone or internet. My telephone number is 044- 24338148. I am frustrated by the indifference of bsnl, Chennai (the office at which complaint was given is the one in GR complex, Nandanam, Anna salai, Chennai - 35.)
