DISCONTINUE THE UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTIONS

Sir/Madam,

Am complaining on my father behalf. My father Mr R. Sathya Moorthy, having a postpaid connection of BSNL chennai circle of number 9443243965

repeatedly getting messages from BSNL service LOVE GURU and Special wallpaper pack. he dint activate them but we are getting those messages. also we spoke with the customercare who are not taking any action. also we tried to send sms to 58558 to which alone our sms sending gets failed. Please take the necessary action.
