hello sir/madam gud evng. this is kiran, s/o venkata reddy from kadapa. i heares about this consumer forum by news paper. i hope atleast u may give best sollution to my problem. actually i bought BSNL modem in the date of 12-10 worth of Rs.2250. they told to me this modem consists 6 months guarentee. if any repair accur means they will replace it. but now it has lot of problem. i submit a complaint on this. but noone is responded, and without my permision they closed that complaint. that too the customer care executives told to me the warrranty of the modem is 1 year... what i have to now. i have total bill details now. please cooperate me.
