Mr. Vamsidhar customer care executive is very aragent in nature

HI, BSNL customer care people is very argent in nature dealing with customers. I have just spoke (2/Jan 9.40PM) ) to a BSNL customer care executive Mr: Vamsidhar to raise a complaint for getting activated to unnecessary services without our notice.

Mr. Vamsidhar (BSNL customer case executive), instead of taking my complaint and helping me he is talking very rudely using bad words.

At first I started speaking to him very politely using words like Sir and because of his language Mr. Vamsidhar used, I lost my temper and asked to connect me to his manager. But instead of connecting me to his manager he disconnected my call. Also my purpose of calling customer care is not solved.

Now I want to make a complaint on him. Can I one give let me know to which mail ID we can send a mail.
