Hi,
I have a complaint which I want to take up with BSNL landline service provider. I had been using the Dial-Up Internet for quite a long time & I have discontinued its usage since 02-Dec. In the current Bill (Jan), it shows me having used the dial-up internet, whereas I have not at all been using it. It has shown an outstanding amount of Rs. 124.50 on account of using dialup connection on 17-Dec, 02-Jan and 03-Jan dates.
I have tried all of their customer care numbers, either they are out of order or non responsive.
Please advice how should i proceed with the complaint.
