Dear Sir/Madam
I have deactivated Music Station service for my mobile 9452869255 on dated approx 20th April. Moreover I got confirmation from BSNL that service has been deactivated successfully but the charge been deducted for the same service after its deactivation. While talking to Customer Care they are unable to find out mistake and also stated that money deducted (Rs. 19) will not be refunded in future. Please take a legal action for this.
