LAND LINE NOT WORKING

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that my land line No.2575321 is not in operation for the last one week. Inspite of repeated complaints to our telephone excahnge CUSAT (Cochin University), no action is being taken to rectify the fault. Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.
